This Privacy Policy applies to Merchants who subscribe to our Services, their Authorized Users, Visitors to our website, and, where applicable, Customers who interact with product configurators powered by the Services through a Merchant Store.

Where Notionsify processes personal information on behalf of a Merchant, we generally act as a service provider or processor, and the Merchant remains responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing that information.

Notionsify means the Notionsify software platform, products, applications, plugins, websites, and Services owned and operated by Notionsify.
Account means a registered account created by or on behalf of a Merchant to access and manage the Services.
Authorized User means an employee, contractor, consultant, or other representative authorized by a Merchant to access and use the Services under the Merchant’s Account.
Customer means an individual or business that interacts with a Merchant Store to configure, personalize, preview, or purchase products using the Services. A Customer is not a subscriber to Notionsify unless they separately create an Account.
Merchant means a business or other legal entity that registers an Account with Notionsify, subscribes to the Services, and makes the Services available through its Merchant Store.
Merchant Store means a Merchant’s website, online storefront, e-commerce platform, marketplace, or other digital sales channel that integrates with or uses the Services.
Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined by applicable privacy laws.
Services means the Notionsify website, cloud-based software platform, Shopify application, WooCommerce plugin, future mobile applications, AI Features, AR Features, and any related products, features, or services offered by Notionsify.
Third-Party Services means products, software, platforms, or services operated by independent third parties that integrate with or support the Services.
User Content means any data, artwork, logos, graphics, images, fonts, text, product information, templates, pricing rules, files, documents, configurations, 2D assets, 3D models, or other materials uploaded, submitted, generated, stored, or transmitted through the Services by a Merchant or an Authorized User.
Visitor means any individual who accesses or browses the Notionsify website without creating an Account.

Merchants retain ownership of their User Content. Notionsify accesses and processes User Content solely to provide the Services, deliver customer support, maintain platform functionality, process transactions, perform backups, improve platform performance, and exercise the rights granted under our Terms of Use, including any applicable marketing license.
Notionsify does not use User Content to train artificial intelligence models without providing notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

User Content is retained for the duration of the Merchant’s subscription and available storage allocation.
If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or storage limits are exceeded, Notionsify may suspend access to certain User Content until the applicable subscription is renewed or additional storage is purchased.
Following account termination, User Content may be retained for a limited period to support account recovery, backup procedures, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes. After the applicable retention period, User Content may be permanently deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is required by law.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of User Content.
Notionsify maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
